Job Description
Should have 2-3 years’ experience in Sr. ITRecruitment
Write and post technical job descriptions
Ability in handling end to end IT recruitment
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Excellent experience working on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, Socialnetworking sites, head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching therequirements at the shortest possible time
Create a pipeline of qualified technical resources
Should be familiar with all Visas and Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp toCorp)
Understanding the Job Requirement, source and screen the best Candidate,negotiate rates, schedule interviews, receive evaluation etc.
Follow up with candidate untill onboarding process completes
The Technical Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruitingtechnical professionals for consulting and direct hire opportunities withinclient organizations. Additional duties include the following;
Review and analyzes active client requirements to source and identifycandidates for open positions
Utilizes multiple internet resources, including the Technical Recruiters owncreative networking techniques to source candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates “fit” andtechnical competence
Present career opportunities to qualified applicants
Negotiate candidate’s contracts and terms of employment
Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and assignedclients
Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peersand Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered andpotential closes are managed successfully
